STEP 5: Select Your Meal Plan Guide
I believe that learning and understanding your macros is the most eﬀective way to have control over your diet. It's the only way we understand exactly what's going into our bodies. I encourage everyone to track their macros, but I do understand that tracking your macros for the ﬁrst time can be a bit challenging if you do not know what healthy foods to eat. If you feel you need help with choosing foods please select meal plan from the link below to help you start to learn creative meal planning ideas (be sure to still track your foods while using this meal plan). After a few weeks or a few months you should be all set to go to conﬁdently track your macros without a speciﬁc meal plan! You shouldn't need to rely on a meal plan your entire life, but it is a great way to start learning healthy meal combinations!
